Terms of Service
Effective September 29, 2026; updated October 9, 2026 (the promoter program is closed to new sign-ups) and October 2, 2026 (fees and payouts are named as paid in WUSDC, the wrapped USDC the contracts pay; on October 1 the launchpad app on this site, formerly called the VYRE Pad, was renamed MINTA, and the wording follows) and October 18, 2026 (the testnet’s explorer and API names are listed). These terms cover vyrechain.com and its pages (MINTA, the launchpad app at vyrechain.com/pad, run by the same team as VYRE; the faucet, the docs and the promoter program), the explorer at explorer.vyrechain.com, and the services at testnet-explorer.vyrechain.com, testnet-rpc.vyrechain.com, testnet-api.vyrechain.com and api.vyrechain.com (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Services.
1. Who we are
VYRE (“VYRE”, “we”, “us”) is a blockchain network and the websites and tools around it, run from Indiana, USA. You can reach us at team@vyrechain.com.
2. The testnet
VYRE runs today as a public test network (VYRE Testnet, chain ID 7357). On it:
- Test USDC and every token have no monetary value and can’t be exchanged for money through us.
- The network, its contracts and its data can be changed, paused or reset at any time, and balances can be lost.
- Features can change or stop without notice.
When VYRE’s main network launches, these terms will be updated for it, and we’ll say so on this page.
3. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. You may not use the Services if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region under comprehensive US sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk), or if you are on a US or UN sanctions list. You’re responsible for following the laws that apply to you where you are.
4. Your wallet is yours
The Services are self-custodial: we never hold your funds or your keys, and we can’t move, freeze or recover them.
- A browser wallet (such as MetaMask) is controlled by its recovery phrase, which only you have.
- A Face ID wallet (not offered on MINTA at the moment) is a smart contract wallet controlled by a passkey made by your device. The passkey stays on your device (and in your Apple or Google account if it syncs there). If you lose every device and account that holds it, the wallet can’t be recovered by us.
- Email sign-in, where offered, is provided by Circle, under Circle’s own terms.
Blockchain transactions can’t be reversed. Check every transaction before you confirm it.
USDC itself is not ours. Its issuer, Circle, and the network that holds the USDC deposited into the chain (Arc) can restrict addresses from sending or receiving USDC. A restricted address can’t move USDC, and if the address is yours, or the one you withdraw to, your withdrawals can fail or be stuck for as long as the restriction lasts. We can’t lift such a restriction.
5. Tokens on MINTA
Anyone can create a token on MINTA, and anyone can trade it. Tokens are made by their creators, not by VYRE.
- We don’t review, endorse or vouch for any token, its creator, its name, picture, description or links.
- Nothing on the Services is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell anything. A token’s price can fall to zero.
- Each token’s pool and its liquidity are locked by MINTA’s contracts. Creators set a tax on buys and sells (0–10%), which they can lower but never raise.
6. Fees
- Network fees for every transaction, paid in USDC.
- The platform fee: 1% of each buy and sell on MINTA, paid in WUSDC (USDC wrapped one to one on VYRE) to the team that runs VYRE and MINTA. A partner launchpad may add its own fee of up to 1%.
- The creator’s tax on that token, if any, paid to the creator in WUSDC.
MINTA shows what a trade costs before you confirm it. Promoters approved before October 9, 2026, when the promoter program closed to new sign-ups, are paid part of the platform fee on the trades of the people who named them, under the promoter terms; that doesn’t add to what you pay.
7. Other companies’ services
Some features are provided by other companies, under their own terms and privacy policies: card and Apple Pay purchases of USDC, where offered (not available on the testnet; the provider does its own identity checks), USDC itself and email sign-in (Circle), and bridges to other networks. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for them.
8. What you may not do
- Break the law, including sanctions, securities, consumer-protection and anti-money-laundering laws.
- Deceive people: fake trading or volume, false or misleading claims about a token, promises of profits, or pretending to be VYRE or someone else.
- Create or promote tokens whose names, pictures or links infringe other people’s rights, or are unlawful, hateful or sexual content involving minors.
- Attack or overload the Services, get around their limits, or interfere with other people’s use of them.
9. Content we show
What’s on the blockchain can’t be changed by us. We may stop showing any token, picture, description or link on our websites, and may limit or refuse access to the Services, at our discretion, including to comply with the law. To report content, email team@vyrechain.com.
If you upload a picture for a token, you confirm you own it or have the right to use it. We store it on our server and anyone can open it at its address; it works as long as we keep it, and we may delete or block any picture at our discretion, including after a report. A token’s own record on the blockchain (its name, ticker and the link to its picture and details) stays, even if the picture is gone.
10. Risks
Using blockchains carries risks you accept: software bugs in contracts or wallets, network outages or resets, delays in moving funds between networks, changes in law, and the loss of keys or devices. Moving funds out of VYRE to another network can take time (up to a day or more on mainnet).
11. No warranty
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
12. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, VYRE and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to US $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
13. Your responsibility to us
You agree to cover VYRE’s losses and reasonable costs from claims by others that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Services.
14. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using the Services after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
