Privacy Policy
Effective September 29, 2026; updated October 9, 2026 (the promoter program is closed to new sign-ups) and October 1, 2026 (the launchpad app on this site, formerly called the VYRE Pad, is now called MINTA, and the wording follows; and a row for the transaction check, below) and October 3, 2026 (the explorer’s own cookies and its code viewer, in sections 4 and 5) and October 18, 2026 (the testnet’s explorer and API names are listed, and GitHub is named in section 5). This policy covers vyrechain.com and its pages (MINTA, the launchpad app at vyrechain.com/pad, run by the same team as VYRE; the faucet, the docs, the promoter program), the explorer at explorer.vyrechain.com, and the services at testnet-explorer.vyrechain.com, testnet-rpc.vyrechain.com, testnet-api.vyrechain.com and api.vyrechain.com. VYRE is run from Indiana, USA; questions go to team@vyrechain.com.
The short version
- There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Our websites set no cookies, except the explorer’s own (section 4).
- Blockchains are public: your wallet address and everything it does on VYRE can be seen by anyone, for good.
- We never hold your funds or your keys, and a Face ID wallet’s passkey never leaves your device.
- What we do collect is below, with why and for how long.
1. The blockchain is public
Wallet addresses, balances, transactions, tokens you create (name, ticker and the link to their picture and details), trades, which promoter you named, and the public key of a Face ID wallet’s passkey are recorded on the VYRE network, and summaries of it are posted to the Arc network. This is visible to everyone, through our explorer and any other, and neither we nor anyone else can delete it.
2. What we collect, and why
| When you… | We receive | Kept |
|---|---|---|
| Use any of our services | Your IP address, to limit how often each caller can use them (so they stay up for everyone) | In memory only, an hour at most; never written down |
| Get test USDC from the faucet, or send some back | The wallet address you enter and your IP address (IPv6 shortened to its network), to allow one drip a day. And, from the public blockchain, how much each wallet got from the faucet and sent back to it, for the shorter wait after giving back; the top givers are listed on the faucet page | The IP address about a day; what a wallet got and gave, 60 days after its last drip or gift |
| Create a token with a picture, description and links | The picture you choose (your browser shrinks and re-saves it first, which drops anything but the image itself, then sends it to our server), and the description and links you enter. They’re public, and not stored with anything that identifies you; your IP address is used only to limit how many pictures one caller can send an hour | Kept, so the token’s page can show them (a picture is named by a code made from its contents, so the same picture is kept once). We may remove a picture (see the terms) |
| Buy USDC with a card or Apple Pay (where offered; not available on the testnet) | Our server passes your wallet address, the amount you choose and your IP address to Transak to open its checkout; Transak then collects your payment and identity details itself | We keep a log line with the wallet address and amount |
| Sign in with email (where offered) | Your email address and sign-in are handled by Circle; our server passes them to Circle but doesn’t store them | Not kept by us |
| Applied as a promoter (sign-ups are closed since October 9, 2026; applications filed before are kept as below) | Your code, X handle, the link to your post, payout wallet and country, and the network part of your IP address (to stop mass sign-ups). Your code, handle, post link and wallet are public, and an approval records your code and X handle on the blockchain | Pending: 30 days. Declined: a note that it was declined (wallet, X handle and code) is kept 180 days, so the same application isn’t approved by mistake; it’s shown to the owner and can appear in the public list of pending applications. Approved: until you ask us to delete it (what’s on the blockchain stays) |
| Check a transaction before signing (an app on VYRE asks our API what a call would do; the check is advisory and optional) | The call itself: the sender’s wallet address, the destination, the call data and the amount, which our server runs on VYRE’s own node without sending it. The addresses it finds in the result (the destination, anyone given an allowance, anyone who gets tokens; never the sender’s own address, never amounts or call data) are looked up with GoPlus’s address check, and your IP address is used to limit how often each caller can ask | Not stored: held in memory while the check runs. GoPlus’s answer for an address (no wallet of yours) is kept in memory ten minutes. A log line records only the outcome (no addresses) |
| Use a Face ID wallet (not offered on MINTA at the moment) | The operations you sign, which are public on the blockchain once sent. Your passkey and fingerprint or face data never reach us | Server logs only (below) |
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
3. Server logs
Our services write short technical logs (for example “drip to <wallet>” or an error). The explorer’s web server may also log visitors’ IP addresses, the pages they open and their browser. These logs are limited in size and are overwritten as new entries arrive, usually within days to weeks, and are used only to run and protect the services.
4. What’s kept in your browser
MINTA keeps a few things in your browser’s storage, on your device only, so it works across visits: which wallet you connected, transactions still going through, the promoter who referred you, your display settings, and, for email sign-in, your email address and Circle’s session. (A test Face ID wallet made while that was offered may have left its passkey ID and public key here; it is not used now, and the next browser-wallet connection deletes it.) Signing out clears the sign-in; clearing your browser’s site data clears the rest. None of it is a cookie, and none of it is sent to us.
The explorer at explorer.vyrechain.com runs Blockscout’s open-source software, which sets cookies of its own: one named uuid, holding a random identifier it makes for each browser, and others that remember your display settings there. No analytics or advertising service is switched on in it, and we don’t use that identifier. Clearing your browser’s cookies for explorer.vyrechain.com removes them.
5. Other companies
These receive information when you use the features that need them, under their own privacy policies:
- Transak: card and Apple Pay purchases of USDC, including its identity checks, where offered (not available on the testnet).
- GoPlus: the transaction check looks up addresses with GoPlus’s public address-security service. It receives those addresses (never amounts, call data, or the sender’s own address) and our server’s IP address, and its own privacy policy applies to what it keeps.
- Circle: email sign-in, and moving USDC between networks.
- Vercel (hosts vyrechain.com) and DigitalOcean (hosts our server): they see requests’ IP addresses as part of hosting.
- Google Fonts: every page of ours and of the explorer serves its own fonts, so no font service sees your IP address; only two unlisted pages (one for the people who run VYRE, and a preview for partners) still load theirs from Google.
- jsDelivr: when the explorer shows a contract’s code, it loads its code viewer from jsDelivr’s public network, which sees your IP address.
- GitHub: the explorer’s API documentation page loads its description file from GitHub’s public servers, which see your IP address.
- Blockchain services: MINTA reads balances from public nodes of other networks (Arc and test networks) for the features that move USDC between them, sending your wallet address.
- Where a token’s creator chose: a token’s picture and details load from the address its creator gave (for example IPFS), which sees your IP address.
- X: to check a promoter’s post, our server reads it from X’s public service.
6. Your choices
You can use the explorer, the docs and the network without giving us anything beyond what any website sees. To ask what we hold about you, or to delete a promoter application or other data we control, email team@vyrechain.com. We can’t change or delete anything on the blockchain.
7. Children
The services are for people 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes
We’ll update this page when what we collect changes; the date at the top shows the latest version. See also the Terms of Service.
